The founder of Thousand Studio began her journey as a dancer, developing a deep understanding of movement, control, and body awareness from an early stage. Over time, her passion naturally expanded into Pilates, where she found a powerful method to build strength, improve alignment, and support long-term physical well-being.
Since introducing Pilates in 2024, her work has been met with strong recognition and appreciation from the community, as more clients experienced meaningful and lasting results through her approach.
As her journey continues to evolve, she has developed a deep connection with yoga—not only as a physical practice, but as a philosophy of balance, presence, and inner awareness. She is passionate about sharing the essence of yoga with others, bringing its transformative energy into everyday life.
In addition, she aims to introduce barre as part of the studio’s offerings, creating a space for women who seek to sculpt their bodies, refine their posture, and move with greater elegance and confidence. Through a combination of strength, control, and grace, barre empowers individuals to not only look stronger, but to feel more confident within themselves.

Barre is a graceful yet powerful workout that blends elements of ballet, Pilates, and functional training. Designed to sculpt long, lean muscles, it focuses on small, controlled movements that create deep muscle activation and lasting results.
At Thousand Studio, our Barre classes are thoughtfully designed to help you build strength, improve posture, and develop a more refined and elegant body line. Through precise technique and intentional movement, each session targets key areas such as the core, glutes, legs, and arms.
1. Precision & Control
We emphasize proper alignment and controlled movement to ensure safe, effective training while enhancing body awareness.
2. Sculpting Without Bulk
Barre helps create a toned, elongated look—perfect for those seeking a slim, sculpted physique without excessive muscle bulk.
3. Posture & Elegance
Inspired by ballet fundamentals, Barre naturally improves posture, coordination, and overall body presence—helping you move with confidence and grace.
4. Mind–Body Connection
Beyond physical results, Barre encourages focus, discipline, and a deeper connection to your body.
Barre is not just about how you look—
it’s about how you carry yourself.
Through consistency and mindful movement,
you will not only build strength, but also confidence, control, and elegance.

Pilates is a highly effective, low-impact training system designed to strengthen the body from within. By focusing on core stability, alignment, and controlled movement, it builds a strong foundation that supports both everyday function and long-term physical health.
At Thousand Studio, our Pilates program is built on precision, technique, and mindful movement. Each session is designed to help you develop deep core strength, improve posture, and move with greater control and efficiency.
1. Technique-Driven Training
We prioritize proper form and alignment, ensuring every movement is intentional, safe, and effective.
2. Deep Core Activation
Pilates targets the deeper stabilizing muscles, helping you build strength from the inside out—leading to better posture and reduced risk of injury.
3. Strength with Control
Rather than fast or high-impact movements, Pilates emphasizes slow, controlled exercises that deliver long-lasting, sustainable results.
4. Functional & Restorative
Our approach supports rehabilitation, relieves tension, and improves mobility—making it ideal for both recovery and performance enhancement.
Pilates is not about pushing harder—
it’s about moving smarter.
Through consistency and precision,
you will build a body that is not only stronger, but more aligned, supported, and resilient.
